Requirements:- Valid and active Physician license
- Minimum of 2 years of physician experience in adult primary care within the last 3 years
- Clinical competencies must be up-to-date and validated for the specific area of assignment
- Must be proficient in the English Language (Speaking/Writing)
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross (with AED)
- For Physicians who will be staffed in specialized areas (ER, Surgery, etc.,) require at least 2 years of recent experience and any necessary certificates.
- For Physicians who will be staffed at female institutions, a minimum of 1 year's recent experience in obstetric and gynecological nursing or patient care within the last 5 years is necessary.
Responsibilities:- Under the guidance of the Institution/Facility CEO/CME or their designee, the Physician will deliver services within the scope of practice for Physician services, adhering to Institution/Facility rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Standards of Obligation: Provide high-quality services, consistent and in alignment with established and widely accepted standards and principles of medical practice. This Agreement does not override the common law rules governing the interpretation of established and widely accepted standards and principles of medical practice.
